About Me
I am a student of life- always trying to discover new activities and facets of life to keep me growing as a person: from racquet sports like squash, to running long distance to explore new places, to yoga practice and karaoke.
Education
I graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering, a minor in Japanese Studies and a minor in Mechanical Engineering. I then obtained a Master of Engineering and a Master of Philosophy degree in Biomedical Engineering from Yale University.
Teaching Experience
I have formal tutoring experience from the University at Buffalo Tutoring Center where I received training in tutoring and taught Spanish, and STEM subjects including math (calculus), physics, and chemistry. I have also tutored students privately in math (statistics, calculus, algebra), chemistry, physics, and writing.
Interests
I enjoy playing different sports such as tennis, squash, running and biking. I like to practice yoga, journaling, and karaoke as a way to connect with my inner self.
I love teaching and explaining science at every level!
